Your workspaces belong to you.

CoShow stores agent account details, workspaces, property information, notes, routes, showing requests, and schedules so the service can work. Clients may use an agent’s shared workspace link without creating an account.

Sharing and access

Anyone with an active client link can access that workspace according to its permissions. Agents can change permissions or replace the link at any time. Client links do not expose other workspaces.

Screenshots and voice typing

Listing screenshots are processed to extract visible property details. By default, cards use a CoShow illustration or placeholder; a screenshot photo is stored only when the uploader confirms they own it or have permission to display it. Browser voice typing converts speech to text on the device or through the browser provider; CoShow stores the resulting note, not an audio recording.

Third parties

Maps, listing websites, authentication, and hosting providers process information under their own policies. Verify listing and appointment details before relying on them.

Your choices

Agents can delete individual homes, workspaces, or their app account and associated workspace data in Account settings. For privacy questions, visit Support.
