RECENT UPDATES
CoShow keeps getting easier.
New features and thoughtful refinements for agents, buyers, and showing day.
Your showing command center
Calendar and activity tools now stay close at hand while agents plan tours and work with buyers.
- Open the CoShow calendar from the agent dashboard or any workspace without leaving the page.
- Switch between focused day, week, and month calendar views on mobile and desktop.
- Use the dashboard Activity center to review showing requests, confirmed appointments, scheduling conflicts, and completed showings.
- Open the Activity tab inside a workspace to see updates and appointments for only that buyer.
- Move between Workspaces and Activity through a cleaner, tool-focused dashboard.
Clearer privacy information
CoShow’s legal pages now explain privacy practices and user responsibilities more clearly for agents in the United States and Canada.
- Choose between United States and Canadian privacy information from one organized policy page.
- The Canadian policy explains consent, access and correction rights, cross-border processing, and privacy complaints.
- The expanded Terms of Service covers accounts, workspace content, property photography, showing accuracy, billing, and third-party services.

CoShow’s beta referral campaign rewards agents for bringing active users into the community.
- Every agent receives a personal referral link and customizable code.
- A referral becomes active after creating a workspace and adding at least three properties.
- When the referred agent subscribes, both agents receive a $6 CoShow credit.
- Agents can also submit one privacy-safe CoShow reel for a $6 credit after approval.
Photo notes for every showing
Capture the details you notice while touring a property and keep them with the conversation.
- Take a photo directly from a phone or choose one from the photo library.
- Add a photo by itself or include written notes and voice-typed text.
- Photo notes show who added them and follow the same shared or private-agent visibility as the note.
- Images are compressed before upload and protected by workspace access controls.
Buyer Privacy Mode
Workspaces can now collect less buyer information by default while still supporting the full showing workflow.
- Buyer links work without requiring a buyer account, email address, or phone number.
- Privacy Mode screens notes for common direct identifiers and uses expiring share links by default.
- Archived Privacy Mode workspaces are scheduled for deletion after the retention period.
- The Privacy page now explains collection, access, retention, and deletion in plain language.
Stronger agent support tools
CoShow administrators and developers have better tools for resolving account and workspace issues.
- Support tickets can be connected to a workspace with the agent’s permission.
- Authorized support staff can repair property details, photos, notes, routes, collaborators, and workspace access.
- Account recovery and password-reset email tools are available from the support workflow.
- Admin and developer accounts now open directly into their dedicated dashboards.
Smoother planning and collaboration
A collection of improvements makes it easier to add homes, coordinate with buyers, and prepare for showing day.
- Batch screenshot import can create multiple property cards from a stacked showing list.
- Buyer activity shows a clear unread count that resets after the agent reviews it.
- Routes include the drive from the chosen starting point and a suggested departure time.
- Property cards support direct phone photo uploads with a clean house-icon fallback.
