Simple terms for a showing-planning tool.

CoShow helps agents and clients collect listings, collaborate, plan routes, and track showing requests. It is not an MLS, brokerage, ShowingTime, navigation provider, or source of record.

Use and accuracy

You are responsible for lawful use, protecting shared links, and verifying property data, availability, appointment status, driving directions, and travel time. Screenshot and listing imports may contain errors.

Accounts and content

You must provide accurate account information and have permission to upload or share content. Do not upload confidential documents unless appropriate for the intended workspace participants.

Availability

The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees and is not responsible for missed appointments, listing errors, or decisions made from imported data.

Ending use

You may delete your app account and workspace data in Account settings. We may restrict abusive, unlawful, or security-threatening use.

Questions are handled through Support.
