Simple boundaries

Active workspace
A current buyer workspace that has not been archived. Archived workspaces do not count toward the Free limit.

Guest agent
An outside agent who receives temporary access to one workspace without joining your team.

Team member
An agent who belongs to your Premium team and can access the team workspaces you select.
